RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW:

Our commitment at Xeno is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our return and refund policy outlined below.

1. Time Frame:

Our refund and returns policy spans 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your delivery and installation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Change of Mind:

Change of mind requests are only valid before the installation has been scheduled, not after completion. Purchases that have not been installed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and change of mind requests will not be considered.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

4. Manufacturer Returns:

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at info@xeno.com.sg.

8. EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, send us an email at contact@xeno.com.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8782 8818.

9. SHIPPING RETURNS:

To return your product, schedule a time for our personnel to remove the product from your door. Transport and labor costs may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.
