Warranty Terms & Conditions for Xeno:

1. Standard Warranty

All XENO Digital Locks come with a 2+1 Years Standard Warranty from the date of installation.
Standard warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Basic technical servicing
  • Hardware and software defects under normal residential usage

2. Additional +1 Year Warranty

  • The additional +1 Year warranty extension may cover parts only.
  • Labour and transportation charges shall be borne by the customer.

3. Full Coverage Extended Warranty
Customers may purchase:

  • 3-Year Full Coverage Warranty
  • 5-Year Full Coverage Warranty
  • This is available at additional cost during purchase or within the eligible warranty upgrade period.

Full Coverage includes:

  • Parts replacement
  • Labour charges
  • Onsite servicing support
  • Technical support assistance
  • Selected component coverage based on product model

4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
