The Xeno Essential is a motorised ceiling-mounted electric laundry hanger designed for Singapore homes. It uses a remote-controlled DC motor to raise and lower your laundry rack. It includes warm air drying, cool air fan mode, UV sterilisation, and LED lighting — all controlled via the included remote, with no app required.
Using the included remote controller. You can raise and lower the rack, activate warm air drying, switch on cool air fan mode, turn the UV lamp on or off, and control the LED light — all from the remote. There is no app or Wi-Fi required for the Essential model.
Three modes — warm air drying (heater, ideal for thick clothes and humid days), cool air fan drying (for light fabrics and delicates), and UV sterilisation (reduces bacteria and odours, ideal for sports gear or clothes dried on rainy days).
The rack lowers from 160mm to 1200mm below the ceiling. This means you can hang clothes comfortably without using a ladder in a standard HDB or condo unit (floor-to-ceiling ~2.6m).
35kg, which is sufficient for a typical family’s daily laundry load including jeans, towels, and shirts. For very heavy loads (blankets, large bedsheets), consider the Xeno Platinum model.
Yes. The Xeno Essential is designed for HDB service yards, condo utility areas, and landed homes. You need a concrete ceiling for mounting and a power socket nearby. A site check before installation is recommended to confirm suitability.
